Refund Policy

The short version: try MyTerra free for 7 days, no card needed. If you then pay and it turns out not to be for you, tell us within 14 days and you get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account becomes read-only (your data stays safe and exportable). We don't pro-rate partial months outside the 14-day window, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

EU, EEA, and UK consumers

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Our 14-day guarantee is designed to match or exceed it — you can use either. Your statutory rights are never reduced by this policy.

How to get a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Either:

1. Email dervis.kanina@gmail.com from your account email with "Refund" in the subject — we will arrange it with Paddle, or

2. Use the link on your Paddle receipt email to contact Paddle directly.

Refunds typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewal charges

Subscription renewals are announced by receipt from Paddle. If a renewal charged you by mistake (for example, you meant to cancel), contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it.
